Delivered a tablet based version of an internal application with an initial production deployment 8 weeks from project initiation. Agile approach deployed iteratively more feature rich versions over the coming months.
Assisted client in integrating new features to IVR system. Required application development work across 4 different applications within the client’s infrastructure. Acted as principal point of contact to resolve issues during integration testing and UAT.
Integrated client’s loyalty program to foursquare, Facebook and Jiepang. Work included OAUTH2 integration and a custom bonus engine to allow for customers to receive bonuses to their loyalty program based on events recorded in their social media account.
